Where’s my order?
Tracking is only available once the order has been despatched. All orders are sent to the post office on Sunday. Please allow a full week to receive your order. If you still haven’t received your package we recommend following up with our shipping carrier.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a message via email or text message. Please include your order number, name, a picture of the item and further details. We will respond back to your claim within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
To assure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we process your order as soon as we receive it. This means we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Will you be getting more stock?
Only select products will be restocked, new prints and colors are restocked once a month.
